By now i hope you have a general idea of what is and what isn't good for you, how much exercise you should be doing, and some of the ways to do it. Healthy eating and fitness is the key to a long and healthy life.
Now as far as gyms go there are plenty around you so find the one that suits you and get a membership. One gym i do recommend is fitness first they have great equipment with friendly staff. it is also extremely close and quite affordable. I have the website for you to check out-

Most teenagers have a lot of trouble getting the motivation to get out and do some exercise. And with homework and friends work and other things it takes its toll. So maybe trying to enroll in a team or individual sport, this way you can meet new people and have fun whilst you keeping fit. Running around with people you know is sometimes far better than doing it by your self, this way once you are involved with other people you get an urge to "not let the team down".
For those of you that are independent and like being by your self try a gym membership, that way you are in a controlled environment and you can meet new people, but at the same time if you just feel like being alone put on some head phones and go for a 10 minute run on the tread mill.
There are plenty of options so don't be lazy.

One thing Ive found when eating healthy and not eating healthy, is that when you are a teenager you tend to have hormones running wild. and when your eating things like chocolate and chips and drinking coke more often then not you break out in pimples. Sure the creams and washes do help but the majority of the problem is what your putting in your face to whats is going to be showing up on it. So a little hint is try to cut down on the sweets so you can stay fit and healthy and have great looking skin.

The Food Pyramid

The food pyramid is an easy way to remember the healthiest way to eat. The food you need the most is at the bottom. You need less of the foods located towards the top of the pyramid. At the very top is food that's not all that good for you, so you should only eat it once in a while. Let's take a closer look at what the food pyramid tells us about healthy eating.
the website is-

This video is Pilate's. If your sore and need a good stretch or if you want to become more flexible Pilate's is a great way to tone up and stay fit. Although its not very high in intensity, some of the positions that are held for a period of time do test you. I would suggest trying it. although it not for everyone.

Ok moving away from unhealthy for now lets have a look at some of the healthier options for lunch. Apart from mums home packed lunches that some are still lucky enough to have lets look at take away. fist up is subway have a look at there menu-

Next up is sumo salad-

i have to say this would by far be my favourite (make your own salad is the best try it!)
The next is rolls choice-

i personally have not had a sandwich from here I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to food.
I would also say a lot of Chinese stores sell healthy food but the top 3 by far are the best.

I found this kind of funny actually. I went on the Mc Donald's web site and went into there healthy eating and fitness section and they are talking about how fresh there salads are. I personally do not eat burgers so i would not know but from the look of other peoples what they say on there web site is far from the truth. Have a look-

I would have to say the most unhealthy group of people would have to teenagers. We eat so much junk food because its there and ready and no effort required. Now some of us do take the healthy option of subway or sumo salads or even some of those health food stores that they have in shopping centres. But for the majority its either Mc Donald's, KFC, pizza or hungry jacks. with some of the food sold at these stores its calorie intake is enough for 3 or more days- clearly not good for you. But being teenagers and staying up late at night and waking up just in time to shower and get on the bus for school we neglect making ourselves a sandwich or grabbing an apple, instead we would rather buy from the school canteen which in most cases isn't the most healthy option either. So if we must continue buying from the school canteen try something healthy like a salad or a piece of fruit because they are there. But if not at school eat one or two when u get home make some balance in your diet. You will find u will feel a lot better when you wake up in the mornings and when you do things in general, healthy food is the key to a long and enjoyable life.
Take a look at this web site its all about women and healthy eating its really quite interesting.

The first healthy eating program is nu shape. This business is family owned offer many years they specialise in cooking low fat and healthy meals and home deliver them. I think is a great way to lose weight, but might not be the most affordable. My suggestion would be to order 2-3 nu shape meals a week in case of a late night out or if your tired and cant be bothered to cook. this way you avoid buying take away if you get lazy.
